The player from Canada has been blocked. The casino claims he registered from a restricted country. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

Hello,


I signed up to the site without vpn. I entered the country i lived in. I cannot find anywhere on there site that Canadians are banned. After few weeks my accounts is closed and they are saying that I am from a banned region and I am unable to cash out my Balance. Why would they allow me to register if my region is banned?

Dear jftalbot,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. We accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well. Having said that, I checked the casino's T&Cs, and just like you said, Canada is not mentioned in the list of restricted countries:

"3. Prohibited Participation

...

3.1.3. You are a citizen of the following countries or jurisdictions: the USA, Ukraine, the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine and the Crimean peninsula, the UK, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Syria and any of the territories legally associated with the aforementioned countries. Persons residing or located in these countries are not permitted to open accounts or deposit funds on the Website. We may make changes and amendments to the list of such countries without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to check it in time."


Could you please advise when exactly you registered your account and for how long had you been using it? Do I understand correctly that €3,300 (dispute value) is being held in your account?

I had signed up in 2015 but I only started playing last month on December 1st and I was banned on December 28th. I have around 3,300 Euro stuck in the account
