The player's withdrawal is delayed for almost 2 weeks. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I requested a withdrawal of 350 euros. It was approved may 12th.
It has not reached my bank.
I contactec chat and provided my bank transaction history and chat said I would here in 48 hours. That was 5 days ago. My emails have also been ignored. Unfortunatelt their chat support seems to be terminally useless so am getting no where.
Please can this be mediated?
P.S You have this casino as 8.5 on this site? Despite 10 complaints open mostly pertaining to delayed withdrawals and other casino database sites only giving the site 5.5 out of 10.....Very suspect. Im sure you'll no doubt have an answer for this.

Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is the status of your account still unverified? Did you send them any other documents and were any of them already approved?
Please note that if you are not yet verified, you won't be able to withdraw and it might take up to 14 days after successful verification to receive the money.
Also regarding the reputation, there is no reason to reduce the rating for having complaints - all of them which were dealt with are resolved.
