The player's account has been closed by the casino with remaning balance on it. The casino accused the player of making opposite bets, however they were not able to provide us with any relevant evidence and stopped responding to our questions and messages. We were forced to close the complaint as 'unresolved'.

I checked your site and you helped ban account in Casino, PNXBET banned my account with 140K php i coordinated with them and provided id selfie and video and still did not return my money and open my account. Hope you can help

Good day thank you for the reply,


Did you ever make a withdrawal from the casino? That's the first withdrawal I was recruited by their voucher sellers to play on their site and she told me it's a good online casino since Casino are closed bcoz of lock down.

How long has been your account closed? Since May 11, 2022


Did you use any no deposit or deposit bonus in the casino? Did not have any bonus I used vouchers to load my account and bought it from their verified resellers I have proof which I sent to them as well


Did the casino give you any explanation of the account closure? They said it was Fraud, there's no fraud I played on that day I lost more than 100K php then luck begin, and managed to regain my money back with a very little win, and when I withdraw my account was locked it's like they robbed me with my hard-earned money.


I will send to you the email exchanges they said i have to wait 45 days i waited for so long then asked me to provide ID and video to re-open my account i sent it to them but they still closed my account.

We weren't aware that this is a betting related issue until you have sent us your e-mail. Unfortunately, we can assist you only if it's a casino related issue as we are not qualified for resolving any complaint regarding betting.

In this case all I can recommend is to contact the licencing authorities of the casino, who will be definitely able to help you out more with your case.

Thank you for taking the time in reading my complaint, this is the same as the other complaints raised to PNXBET on your good company in which they banned the account after playing Casino Table games. If i remember correctly i only played SLOTS and BACCARAT. I lost initially and want to win it back which i did and won almost nothing as i deposited almost all the left balance on the account. After reading the other complaints it's exactly the same case as mine. Hope you can check will also explore raising this to the casino authority thank you.

Thank you for coming back, If i remember it correctly i played Baccarat and slots i can't remember betting on sportsbet or roullete if i did maybe very few bets but all of my bets were in Baccarat and slots.

I have checked pnxbet reply and it says voucher fraud and opposite betting. Voucher fraud? i bought the load on their verified reseller which i have proof of the transaction money leaving my account. Opposite betting what is that? what it is for me to gain i played gamble straight to win i lost and bought more load to win it back i just don't understand the opposite betting they are saying.

They accused me of fraud and i don't know what the other about opposite betting and they can't provide evidence they can pull up my play history and see that i play straight and fair lost and tried to win it back by buying load again from their verified reseller then just took my hard-earned money just like that.
