The player's account got blocked for having multiple accounts. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
My account got locked out. They said its because its a duplicate account, but I'm certain, 100% sure that I don't have one. I did try all of my emails that I've been using and have used in the past but their system always says "no user account found".
The thing is, it has an available balance on it and suddenly it got locked out. I really need to resolve this but pnxbet is not responding to my inquiries.
