The player from the Philippines is wondering if their account got successfully cancelled or if it's just an error on the website. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

This is for me I think somewhat not a complaint but a concern about submitting verification with PNXBet.


The selfie image with ID and a paper signed requirement I submitted as far as my technology available here was clear or at least readable, but PNXBet still rejected it stating it did not meet the quality.


I think they are very abusive on how to they have accommodated me submitting my own personal details with them.


As a result I have requested PNXBet to delete or remove my account for good as I no longer want to use PNXBet's service, but right now when I log in I will get an error that it is locked.


Is my account with PNXBet really removed or deleted or locked?


I don't know about how PNXBet is dealing with their clients but to me it is better not to patronize this kind of company.
