Good am sir/mam i report pnxbet because of bonuses i always play and i always message them but no one of them are replying i always follow up my bonus but pnxbet are always not automatically give our boneses me and my friends always play in pnxbet and always deposit thousands but no one bonuses if you did message them he will not gave the bonus but the biggest bonus tje pnxbet not gave to you only small bonus he gave to you but if big bonus he did not gave to you thats problem of pnxbet casino nit replying not gave the bonus always until now i have a bonus but he did not gave to you its 4days already that im wait he did not reply to my message can you please action this complain because pnxbet is not good online casino scam the bonuses that he post.. im really2 mad because everyday i message them no one answer when talk about the bonus did not always reply why?! Because is big amount bonus so pnxbet not gave to me!!! I want to action this complain because pnxbet is abusing!!! Can you please action this complain if not pnxbet always abusing the player!!!thank you and godbless

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I hope I understood correctly that the issue is that you’re not entitled to any further bonuses anymore.

Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for taking away your privilege of receiving further bonuses. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.

Casinos are not obligated to reward their players with bonuses and bonus privilege can be limited or revoked at any time without further notice.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

Really?! Im not satisfied you know what if you are guys in my situation you really know whats happen and what ate doing of pnxbet if i deposit and we told them that you are not qualified ti the bonuses it depense if you loss or win yah we win but at the end we got loss at the end and the agent of pnxbet message that you are not qualified you know what we win like about 2000 pHP but we deposit 5000 PHP then they told them that you are win nit loss but in truth we are loss that gus not counted the 3000 PHP that loss they told that you win 2000 PHP my god but i deposit 5000PHP thats what i mean to tell you it is ok i will report them here in philippines that we know about this online casino pnxbet thank you

Its not that im not satisfied its because the pnxbet is not automatically in bonuses and so liar if i deposit of like this and i win a little its just a unfair to the player.like for example i deposit 8000 PHP and i won 3000 PHP and i loss 5000 PHP then he messsage ypu that ypu are not qualified in the 5% cashback or anything bonuses because you won of 3000 PHP so that you ar not qualified but hello what is the 5000 PHP i deposit and i loss nothing with them thats my point ?
