As a player I ask to the customer seevice what I did wrong they dont even tell me what theybjuay said its under review and im not the only one having experience like that. Now i want to withdraw my money on my account but its locked and they said wait 45 to 365 days.
Its so unfair when you know you did not break their rules and they dont even answer me why and how.
