The player from Philippines had his account blocked without further explanation. Later, it became clear that the blocking was only temporary. The casino informed us the player's account had been blocked in accordance with term 2.6.8, indicating the player had been accused of conducting opposite betting activities with the intentional result to fraudulently gain affiliate commission, agent commission, voucher scratch card or any given bonus/commission. The casino did not prove the accusation, however, the player's access to his account and funds was later restored. The complaint was closed as 'resolved'.

I have been playing in PNXBET for a month and had no issue but now they blocked my account with money of 190,000 PHP they don't provide a reason for blocked but only said subject for review. I am playing all types of games sports esports and casino. Hope you can help please they just mentioned they will send message via email.

Thanks for coming back, yes account has been fully verified and got an email confirmation no active bonus they banned me after i played Baccarat that's my last play in which i don't understand why locked my account. I have 40K initial balance and lost the 40K and loaded another 100K and end up with 190K on my account which is just 50K win considering the risk amount i loaded to my account. I have attached my conversation with their CS but can't provide a reason just they said they will review the account and send me email but no email from PNXBET. I will send you document of which i purchase the load of 100K from their reseller as well email that account verified.

Kindly investigate the sources of these complaints and the issue given, I think there's some kind of abuse here where the users commit abuse in PNXBET and pass it here.


For users that has been blocked for multiple account, these has solid ground and funds can be recovered by coordinating with our risk team via live chat.


For users that have been blocked due to opposite betting, the user usually have to wait for 45 or more days for investigation to finish and refund funds.


These users from one group (possibly) have been repeating abuses in our platform and bringing it to complaint platform. As you may notice also on amounts it has been just the same scheme. Please investigate

Thanks for looking into my case, and thanks pnxbet for the reply i contacted your team via chat and sent the conversation i had on the email. The CS did not provide any reason at all and just mentioned to wait for the review and no timeline has been provided and i will receive an email but no email. If you can please explain the abuse you are accusing me i just play on your site base on people feedback and i play all types of games from SPORTSBETTING ESPORTS and CASINO please check my record i play straight and clean lost more than what i won last time during my time i played on your site. It sounds like if a player win you will lock the account and if the player lost then no problem with you that's not fair at all. I also emailed a proof that i purchased load from you reseller. To add to this i played on Baccarat and Blackjack if not mistaken lost 40K. then bought 100K of load from your certified reseller from your group overall i my money was 140K and just end up 190K then you ban my account how is that fair? i risk 140K and end up winning just 50K then taking my money? sorry for my bad english.

No development up to now i contacted PNXBET chat team and emailed them and said i wait 45 days. I'm scare not to recover my money and account coz that's very long. i will send you their reply not sure why taking so long to check my account I'm just a normal player who play all games on their site. SPORTS BETTING, ESPORTS, SLOTS and CASINO what question me is that i lost money i want to win it back i buy load from their accredited reseller won a little bit amount which i think I'm still lost overall then ban my account. They can easily check my record and see that im normal player who lost then want to win it back and still loosing money.

As stated in our TOS 2.6.8 PNXBET reserves the right to disable any game category, block an account for 45-365 days and forfeit user account balance for all users, household, agents, affiliates, IP, group conducting opposite betting activities with the intentional result to fraudulently gain affiliate commission, agent commission, voucher scratch card or any given bonus/commission alike.
