Hello, 3 days ago i Received an email from Pledoo Casino


"Hello *****,


We are writing to you regarding the transaction you made to Pledoo.


For the Total sum of 4*** EUR


To put it simply - the payment system provider (which is an outsourced service) that processed this transaction has been involved in illegal activities and the money didn't reach us.


After prolongated discussion with our legal team, we have made a decision to inform customers about this issue.


We are not requesting this money from you. Even better; you can receive your money back!


The facts are as follows:

- money goes back to you or no-one gets the money


For additional information, please respond to this email. "



They asked for the bank statement from the period that i deposited all these money and they will help me with their legal team so the money will be returned back to me in cooperation with my bank.


Could you please, as an expert, tell me if this is a legit procedure and if I have any possibilities to get all this money back from this payment provider.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Pledoo Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Can you please advise what payment provider did you use to deposit into the casino? Did you ever use the payment before in the casino? Did you already contact your payment provider in order to find out what happen with your deposit?

To be honest, I do not recall having any case similar to this one but currently we have very little information to determine if it's legit or not.

Hello, I deposited money with my credit card (mastercard) . I have not contacted with anyone yet and I am waiting for Pledoo casino to reply to me. I will attach the email they have send me so far to let you understand better the situation.


If anyone knows anything about this situation please informe me. It seems legit but I cannot understand if there is a possibility to take those money back after one year that I made these transactions.


Also i cannot understand why the Pledoo Casino waste their time for helping me with these. Maybe they hope I will get my money back and then they will ask it to give it to them?


Please I am highly concerned with this situation.


I hope Pledoo Casino to reply to this complaint publicly so I will make sure that this is not a scam!

This is an ongoing process that we are undertaking at Pledoo. We are assisting our customers in reclaiming their funds through a chargeback procedure due to issues encountered with the payment system provider involved in processing these payments, which resulted in the funds not being received by us.


We have initiated this process because we firmly believe that it aligns with industry standards and, more importantly, because we genuinely want to assist our customers in recovering their funds.


As previously stated, the funds did not reach us, and therefore the most appropriate course of action is to return the money to our customers. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue with the payment system provider internally and directly, they are unwilling to cooperate. Therefore, the subsequent course of action entails working closely with the customers' banks, and we are ready to provide comprehensive assistance and step-by-step guidance.
