It seems the casino tends to change some part of players information and use that as reason providing false information. Personally i might have made a simple typo on my last name, but as i am using autofiller as on my name etc. It seems not likely. Anyways they promised 48h to verify the payments etc. All the documents etc were fine untill they found the typo on my name. Its impossible to get in contact with the "security department" since they wont answer emails or anything. On last email they asked the reason why my name differs from my id and so on. So my withdrawls still pending cause of the "investigations". A clear typo should not be a reason to deny anything.
