Hi,


I won €600 and had withdrawal €300 on 11.10 but waiting for 6 days.


I was fully verified.


After that, I asked 2 days later in the Chat and the operator said that everything is fine. But the withdrawal is still open.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. In the provider Digitain (Sportbook) found a bug that allowed customers to bet on some matches within a few minutes after their end, with the already-known result of the match.


Due to this, we temporarily disabled the provider Digitain and sent all customers associated with the matches in which the bug was found to verify the legitimacy of bets. Payouts to these customers have been temporarily suspended.

 

On this client, today received a reply from the gaming platform that no violations have been detected.


The client's withdrawal request will be processed shortly.
