The player from Finland is questioning responsible gambling tools. He asked the casino to activate a deposit limit, however, the casino informed him, that such an option is not available. Since such tools are not mandatory, we decided to reject this complaint.

Casino dont support any responsibility play options like almost all other casino. Normally player can setup on profile any deposit limit you want.

Pledoo casino dont have this option, and when i ask support by email if they can set some limit for me, they say they cannot put any limit.


is that even legal these days?

I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately, there aren’t unified regulations that would be applied to all casinos and player protection tools are managed by the casino exclusively. Some casinos have a wide variety of responsible gambling tools but not all of them are mandatory, and unfortunately, some casinos operate without them completely.

I apologize, but we cannot punish the casino if there isn’t any deposit limit option. Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, or if I misunderstood the issue, but I’m afraid there is nothing more we can do here. At least you can change this casino rating something else then " Very good reputation" If they dont care responsibility play rules like almost all other casino.

I am sorry, Jamethai777, but as I said, responsible tools like deposit limits are not mandatory, I am sure you understand we cannot punish casinos by lowering their ratings for not having something, that they're not required to have.
