Created an account on this website, wanted to enjoy the welcome bonus. After some struggles with the crypto deposit (Their QR code doesn't work, address needs to be editted manually) I finally managed to get things going.


After a while of playing I noticed that there wasn't any bonus active.


"No problem, they'll probably be understandable with new players". Boy was I wrong, Support agent Billy made it clear that I didn't click any bonus link or the system would have creditted it automatically. Then Billy tried to get rid of me by telling me to contact support (yes , I'm getting told to contact support while actually talking to... support);


As I played a bit with the balance he then stated that the balance had to be in it's original state for it to be granted.


I should have paid closer attention but have played other casinos in the past and literally always the bonus got creditted to my account instantly.


My advice, stay away from this website, depositting was a struggle, the bonus I unfortunately didn't get. I can only imagine the nightmare in case you are trying to get money of that site.

Hey Tomas, thank you so much for the fast response on a Sunday. I did hit the bonus button but it took me several tries to complete the deposit. This is because of their QR code, when you scan the QR code it will give an invalid address error, you then need to edit the address manually so it matches the address mentionned under the QR code. Atleast 10-15 minutes must have passed in between as I couldn't figure it out.


Then when I finally managed to get the deposit completed I just started playing. WIth other casino's you can just hit the activate button in your bonus section and it will start working except for this site.


I for sure would have returned if this would have been fixed by their customer department. Now I just tell people to stay away.

Unfortunately, even though the bonus wasn't credited due to some technical difficulties, we cannot ask the casino to grant you the bonus, especially if their systems don't allow it after the fact.
