It is a common procedure to verify every single method you used before they would let you withdraw. The casino needs to be sure that you have used only your own money to play otherwise it would be a breach of terms. The time indicators next to withdrawals are not really part of their terms it is just an information - also the first ever withdrawals takes always longer so I wouldn't even expect the money within just 3 days.
Please note that the withdrawal is kind of frozen until all the documents are approved - after the successful verification it should still take a few more days to receive the winnings. Based on the given description I would definitely recommend to wait at least until the end of this week for the money. If it wouldn't arrive, we will intervene.
