Hello.


Im limited and do not have the ability on my account to make a payout. I won and im pretty sure not the customer they wanted to have. I have been in contact with their only customer representative back and forth for 4-6 weeks without my case being resolved. They just wont open up the payout/withdrawal section. I would love to get some help or at least get other players warned about this site.

Thank you for youre interest in my case. They have not asked about the KYC, if doucmentation of bank statement etc is what you mean by KYC, my personal info in terms of who i am is documented, if they asked me about anything in regards to my payout, lets pretend they had, i would submit whatever documentation they needed. They dont seem interested, they have choose to not respond to any request, usually they hang up on livechat so that i cant continue the chat or refer me to email, where again they choose to not respond.


To youre next question, i have accumulated my earnings without a bonus.


I signed up not long ago, maybe 2-3 weekends before i asked for a payout, and thats when the issues started. So the easy answer to youre question is, no i have never been able to make a payout with playzilla.

Sorry late reply here. I have reached a resolution with the sportsbook mentioned. I will thank you for reaching out and helping me in my case so far. Its only with the help of platforms like this bettors doesnt loose funds just by cruelty. My case stagnated but with the help of ask gamblers, this time, i finally got my funds, not without a fight off course, but eventually case is settled.


I have upmost respect for the job you do, and i will thank you again.
