I requested a withdrawal from Playzilla Casino on 03/03/22 and have not received any response to date.
Although I was told that the processing only takes 1-3 days.
When I asked in the chat where my payment is, I received the answer: "We are not a bank".
Please tell me how I can proceed to receive my payment.
