Hello!

the casino won't pay my winnings that I won with real money

I requested payment on June 23. I submitted all requested information to the casino.

the casino currently does not find payment among game transactions. my payment is practically gone. and the casino does not respond to emails.



luckily i took a screenshot.I need help with this casino. because I think something is wrong with this casino trying to cheat me.my account is currently active and I have proof of payment which is currently missing from my account.I don't get answers to emails. chat is unavailable



I would like to get an expert involved in this. Thanks in advance

Could you please post here (or forward me) screenshots confirming you won these funds and tried to withdraw them?

Additionally, please forward all the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru. Alternatively, you can post it here.
