I've made a withdrawal from playzilla.com 28.3.2024. Their prosessing time is 3 days from activation. After the 3 day period they cancelled my withdrawal, I asked them for a reason and they stated "technical error". I've made a new withdrawal request, but I feel this will not help. Found lots of negative feedback about playzilla stating it's a scam.


What can I do to get the funds?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I will report here when and if the funds have been transferred. Still nothing, their customer service is not that helpfull, they state everything is fine and the funds are on the way. No explanation on what technical issue occurred.

Additional information: After the first withdraw failed, they said that i should do another withdraw. When i tried to make the withdraw an error occured. It said that I have to make a deposit with the same payment method Zimpler to withdraw. I had used Zimpler originally to deposit funds, but clearly the site had forgotten that. I deposited 10€ and tried again. now it said that I cant withdraw funds without circulating the deposit, So i had to gamble that 10€ to get the withdraw to work again. Now the withdraw is pending, i quess it will be another 3 days again, highly frustrating.
