The player from the UK requests compensation after his bonus disappeared. We closed the complaint because the player didn't reply to our questions and messages.
Over the months I deposited 20 pounds weekly they want to know the ins and out of my life and bank to withdraw I have never withdrew monies as I possible too and when you get a bonus like I did I saved it for the next night and guess what it's gone without trace this casino robbed me and I want compensating how can Google let this happen yes Google blaming you too not on how ppl get away with fraud horrible basdards go to hell

Could you please explain what promotion were you awarded? Could you share a screenshot or a link to the promotion on offer? Have you contacted casino support and asked for an explanation? What was their reply?
