The player from New York had been promised bonuses and loyalty benefits by a Casino representative for her deposits. However, these promises were not fulfilled following her deposit. The Complaints Team had reached out to the player for more information regarding her correspondence with the casino about the promised bonuses and whether she had decided to play with her deposited money or request a refund. Despite extending the response time frame, the player had not responded to the team's inquiries. As a result, the complaint could not be further investigated and was subsequently rejected.

A host from this site made contact with me and told me that I would get bonuses for every couple hundred dollars I deposited, and he would immediately increase my tier. I then deposited thousands of dollars and when, contacting him, totally was ignored when he did finally answered me he told me he said "maybe" he will give me bonuses and an increased tier. I understand gambling and losses, but being outright lied to by employee is fraud. If he fulfilled his promises, I am owed thousands of dollars in bonuses. Do not play here.
