Good morning,

The last Halloween tournament ended on October 31, and to this day, i.e. on November 8, I have not received the prize (EUR 2,000) for winning this tournament. They do not respond to e-mail that would help explain the situation and they tell me to wait patiently in the chat. I'm slowly losing hope of receiving this award.

Hi.

Now i received my Halloween Tournament.

They succesful processed one of my withdrawal after couple hours. Now i have a problem with second withdrawal (processed from 09.11)

, They still processsing this. When i Ask on chat They said everything is correct and I need to wait.
