Just wondering why they haven’t gotten back to me in a week. I deposited 20 with a 100% bonus, only got the 20 I deposited. I contacted chat three times afterwards before touching initial deposit and was told it would be added. I had three comepletely busted deposits since then and again, contacted through chat and email and still have not gotten any response. I have screen shots from the chat assuring me it would be added etc. any help is greatly appreciated, thanks. I’m also missing multiple rewards from there kickers

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you ever receive any of the bonuses from the casino in the past? Can you please advise if you have already used the deposited money which should have came with a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I sent them the info over a week ago, but 1/2 which was proof of address ass denied which I don’t understand cause it’s the same address as my ID. And yea in the last few weeks I’ve gotten few bonuses from them. The first two times I got ahold of them i didn’t touch the 20 deposit, the third time the chat guy told me there was issues and he was gonna have to add it manually ans that I would get an email, so I played the 20 after that convo, and then days later the chat lady tells me if I spent it im basically screwed. Since then I’ve had 3 20 dollar deposits busted with no feature or bonus, I find this very odd.
