Hello. I have won about 6000 euros in their casino. Casino itself is nice but withdrawal procedure is horrible. Max withdrawal limit is 1000 euros. KYC is confirmed but still it takes several days to pay my money and they PROMISE to process all withdrawals within 72 hours. So in order me to withdraw all that 6000 euros, it Will take me several weeks at worst. Really unfair. Yet I haven't received 1st 1000 euros even to my bank account. They're just saying that they are waiting a confirmation from the financial department but to be honest with you, I am conserned.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
