The player from the UK requested a withdrawal a few days ago, but it’s been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

First win 7minths ago €3500 took that long to process i ended up playing it and loosing it,

This time round d I've won €4000, although my account is fully verified and withdrawals state they are processed within 24hours i am not on day 6, and live chat are just telling me to be patient, customer support have not replied to my 8 emails, nor has the finance team replied to my 4emails, I also have the managers personal email who is also not replying. I am being lied to everyday. I will not play my winnings this time. Also contacted curacao Egaming in hope they can help resolve this.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
