The player's account got blocked for having multiple accounts. Upon further investigation we found out the issue is related to sports betting, therefore we closed the complaint as 'rejected'
Hello,
i joined planet of bets last year, i made some bets that i lost and others won. All was good and made several withdrawals. Last month i make a deposit and make some bets that i won and then requested the withdraw (around 1000 Eur). They requested me to send my documents, i did. Then after one week i received an email which telling me that the account is blocked : "Dear Customer,
Unfortunately, we were forced to block your account for multiple
registrations.
All your accounts are registered on the data of third parties and are
used by one person.
Please stop your activity on our site."
i have just one account — and i dont know which accounts they are talking about !
please help !

-No my account wasn t verified before and i have already made some withdrawals.
-i m the only one who has account at planet of bets.
-Planet of bets doesn’t provide nothing. They only blocked my account and freazing my balance including my deposit!

yes it was just sports bets.
In addition to that, please note that i made several withdrawals, so why planetofbets did not blocked my account before ???
And why they also took all the balance including my deposit ???

I can confirm that there are certain allegations that, if proven, would justify the decision of the casino, however, since we are not dealing with sports betting issues, we didn't look into it further.
