Donna, a player from Australia, has already been waiting for her money for more than three weeks but still hasn’t received her withdrawal.

On the 5th dec 2019 i won 5000 i withdrew two lots of 2500.

On the 9th of dec both amounts were approved. After chasing i was told on the 13th dec 2019 the first with drawl had been sent.As of today 31st dec no monies have been received in my bank.

Also i have chased daily for the 2nd withdrawl 2500 to be processed by their rules 10 days after the first initiated.

My emails to payments finance  are not being relied to and generated respinses from the vip help manager.

They can track the wire transfers i cant track as they wont give me the information.

I am a long term player and a vip and getting treated terribly.

It’s quite usual for a withdrawal process (in this casino) to take couple days or even weeks to get fully processed. We also inform players about this in the review of Planet7OZ Casino, as shown below. 

"That being said, we advise all players considering playing with this group of casinos that they should be prepared for longer-than-usual waiting times."

 

Of course, it isn’t correct that you haven’t received any proper explanation from the casino since it has been more than a month. Do you agree with Casino Guru contacting the casino about this issue?

Hi josef all monies received 

I like playing with this casino and happy to continue but dont agree with emails not being replied to.

I have been with them over a year and have always received winnings but very slow at processing and they need daily contact to get things done.
