Hi. I am waiting on a withdrawal from comet room now trading as zenith slots. I am very happy with the casino but it's been 3 months since my request of $5950.00 I have spoken with then via chat and have been told it's been delayed. How much longer do I have to wait I am wondering. Can someone help speed up the process?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for a withdrawal for three months.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost three months is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Bitcoin is the only method they will do it. I've had a couple withdrawals from them before via bitcoin and they took about 2 months also. But I am VIP level and it's supposed to be quicker but it's taking way too long
