I Joined this casino around April 2018. I left credits in my account of over $200.
When I played again just recently I won more and tried to withdraw $850.
I was asked to summit documents for identification and proof of residence which I have done twice.
They then requested documents again for the third time and stated that I used a P725A coupon and could only claim $100 of my winnings.
They have ignored my complaints and provided no evidence of this coupon or where my documents have disappeared to. I cannot use live chat and have made several attempts at email contact without any response.
