The player from the United States has been experiencing a long withdrawal process. The casino decided to send a check to the player as an alternative payment method. Based on the update received from the player, the complaint was reopened. We rejected the complaint again because the player did not respond to our messages and questions (the second time) and failed to provide us with the required documents.

I have been waiting for a withdrawal from this casino since 1/11/22. They are only supposed to take 5-7 days max to make decision. They keep giving me the run around. It's frustrating and. Not ok. They do this often.

Hello Nick, just to make a correction it's not 21 casino it's planet 7 casino just wanted to make that clear. No this is not my first withdrawal my first withdrawal took a long time and then my second withdrawal went through normal and now this one is taking a long time again. Most of the agents I talked to have an attitude they always tell me to contact them in 2 to 3 days so it's like endless. Nothing gets resolved neither by agent or telephone call. Yes all of my paperwork and documents are verified they have been since October. And yes I did use a bonus on this particular deposit I usually always use a bonus, and I only use no Max Cash out bonuses. I will forward you the screenshots now thank you for replying.

I have been told by 5 different agents that they would escalate my situation, and nothing has been done. Now they merged my account with an app called Inclave and I have no comp points, no withdrawal in my account, no history, and no free spins that I'm entitled to from my deposits. It's like I never existed as a player with your casino, I feel like I've been dumped as if I meant nothing as a VIP Player. Everytime I talk to an agent about my withdrawal, they tell me they need my Bitcoin address again, and it's the same run around story. Why do treat players like this? All I want is my payout to pay rent. Thanks

I can’t believe that Planet 7 has delayed my payment this long after telling me several times they would escalate my payment. They have a standard time frame of 5-7 days it takes to reach a decision on your withdrawal. I had just been payed out from planet 7 a couple weeks prior and the process went normal and smoothly. And now they went back to delaying it over and over again. After telling me over and over that I would be taken care and yet nothing. Has happened and it’s been 30 days and still no payout. It’s beyond FRUSTRATING……..

Hey all,


The date of payout to our 3rd party payment providers was the 13th of February shortly after I had it approved for you. As a general rule we are looking at 3-10 business days on delivery however this is a physical check so please be patient, when you receive the check be sure to physically deposit it directly into the approved bank account on file in your casino account.

Wait what I was told it was paid out on the 11th and it was coming bitcoin deposit. What is wrong with you guys? I never asked for a check. I always do bitcoin deposit for my payouts.

I can only report the facts as they are, the current approved method of payment in your casino account is check. Payment was issued to our 3rd party payment providers for disbursal as a check payment on the 13th of February, I do apologize if Customer Service provided you with contrary information however they were in error.

Dear Mcghrist,

The variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.

However, at this point, I sincerely believe it should only be a matter of time before the check comes to you. I will keep this complaint open until your confirmation regarding successful withdrawal.

Please let us know as soon as the check is paid out.

Greetings all,

Based on the player's request, the complaint has been reopened.

"I am sorry for late response, this issue has not been resolved. This casino paid me with a check that has a hold on it by my bank. And may not cashed. Check came from Canada and I live In California. The check payment isn’t even a form of method that is advertised on their website or even an option that you get to choose the reason I choose bitcoin is to avoid this situation right here so now we’re going into the second month of not being paid for the first payment and now I have a second pending payment for 2500 and they’re doing the same thing has been resolved no it has not here’s a copy of my bank’s letter to me telling me that they have a hold on this check."
