The player from United States has requested withdrawals six weeks ago. They have been pending since. The complaint was resolved after the player received his winnings. Although, the player found the long withdrawal process as a negative experience and not planing to continue playing in the casino.

No payout - repeatedly chatted with customer service and 'escalated' my case each time. All of their restrictions, rules have been met and verified by multiple customer service reps. It has been over 6 weeks.

Good morning and thank you for helping. Yes, Planet7 has my correct Bitcoin address and this also was verified by multiple technicians. I did successfully receive a payout in August, 2020 through this address.

With your deposit you used a 360% match bonus giving you an additional $228 to play with, this bonus amount is non-cashable and removed on approval. The 3 requested withdrawal amounts were combined and paid in full as a Bitcoin payment minus the $25 service fee.

Hey Nick. I guess it's resolved. Too bad Planet 7 has so many rules and regulations and kept my money in there for MONTHS before they decided it wasn't cashable. Please remove my player information and all personal information from Planet 7. I want everything shredded and disposed of properly. I won't be back.
