12,000 for coin draw and I got $1,800 out of that and now they won't let me get my other $800 then I need your ID I did that send me some mail for my address and everything on it than that another thing I need to do it again thanks I know it's been 10 days and they still haven't answered my email and my account status says approved

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
Could you please advise if your winnings were accumulated with or without an active bonus? Have you been advised why your withdrawal was withheld for now?

They said verification but I sent them everything they needed and wanted and yes I had a no rules bonus and I submitted the withdraw on march 5 and they cancelled it and I had to submit another one

However, I will set the timer for additional 7 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Wednesday, we will intervene. I sent them my bank info to prove verification and now they said 5 more days for my Bitcoin address to be approved after they have done cancelled 2 of my withdraws this makes the 3rd time I have put in withdraw but I have saved some of the conversation I had with support and I screened shot there rules on Bitcoin withdraws

I sent them my id and some mail they said the mail wasn't good so I sent them a copy of my bank info I put a request for a withdraw march 5 they cancelled it so I put another withdraw in on the 15 they cancelled it so I put another withdraw in on the 20 they haven't cancelled that one yet they cancelled the first 2 because they said I didn't have the required document
