Hi update my documents are now verified however I’m experiencing trouble withdrawing now please see screenshots.

I know I need to give them time but I’m getting a bit worried here as I played this casino coz lots of reviews say they’re a sister site of R2P and ninewin who I’ve played with and are very good. Also a lot of the live chat and systems they use seem to be very similar to the notoriously bad site 7bets who reputation is very poor as they never pay out or are responsive to these delays.

so more rejections and now they’ve frozen my withdrawal option saying my play history is being reviewed and I’ll recieve an email which so far they keep promising emails but I never recieve them!! I stuck to all the rules and also played the allowed games which I screenshot just incase they say I haven’t. I’m convinced I’m not going to see these funds they’re definitely linked to 7bets who never payout and look for any excuse not to pay. I hope I’m wrong but don’t think I am 😡😢

Quick update as I suspected confiscation of balance and made out to be my fault and now I’m totally being ignored. Like I’ve said previously it’s the same site as 7bets and I’ll be very surprised if they respond to you so I’m not holding out much hope!! Absolutely devastated to have such a big balance removed and at least would like to save others from experiencing the same awful feeling
