I used Pitbet casino for 18 months, the only reason I used them this long was they paid a £350 withdrawal in July 2025. So, ah, I thought, finally, a Legit non GameStop casino!
NOPE!
I knew I’d win big at some point, and I’m not proud to say I’ve paid in £10/15k in that time. Finally, last week I won £10k, that’s it for me, wanted to withdraw and move on if I’m honest. So, requested the max £2k, rejected, tried again, rejected, contacted "support" via email and live chat. Ignored. This went on for 5 days. 7 rejection and not one comment from them.
Then "light bulb moment" I had also asked them to ban me on 12 occasions as I openly admit I have a gambling problem, all I wanted was a big win and get some money back :( they ignored every request, but, oddly enough respond to other queries instantly.
I never won that money, they have been abusing my addiction for 18 months with no intention of giving me any reward. I’m gutted, but please, don’t be me!

I deposited 100€ to pitbet to claim their welcomebonus they offered for new players, I got lucky and won 1071€ After wagering the full bonus I requested a withdrawl. I recieved an email regarding verification so I uploded the requested documents. While the documents was pending i contaced live support and they asked me to upload my bank statement int english which I also did, then i contacted the support again to ask how my verification is going and they just told me to wait. After they finally verified my account i was left with only my deposit on my account so i contacted live support again and they told me that my bonus expired. I dont understand how you can request a withdrawl upload documents for verification and during all this time contact support daily and they dont mention anything about an active bonus. I find it funny how they can scam their new cosumter this way already after not even been operating 1 year in the business. But i guess this was their business plan from the beginning. Dont waste or throw your money on this casino because they will never pay if you win. Even now when im only left with my deposited money on my account which is also fully verified btw. They dont even send to send it back so they want to steal your deposit also. Save your money for better reasons
