Communication efforts had been unsuccessful, and no responses to contact attempts had been received, leading to great frustration. After the intervention of the Complaints Team, the player confirmed that the casino had finally paid his winnings. The issue was subsequently marked as 'resolved' by the team.

It is already more than 2 weeks that Pinup casio is unable to pay out my 1600 euro cash out request. The total money I won at the casino was 4600. And they paid the first time I made a withdrawal of 1500. However, it is already more than 2 weeks that I wait for the second withdrawal. The communication with the casino reminds me a circus in which I am just a spectator. Every time I send an email - I am automatically referred to "solve all my problems" through the casino’s live chat. And here in chat, at least this is my impression, I meet the real clowns who throw at me words and promises for which they don’t have any responsibility. And they always open "the tickets" for my every contact with them to which (the tickets) they promise to reply in 3 days time. No need to add that nobody replies att all. I got really exhausted by this kind of treatment by the casino which have such a high rating at your website. Please, help me!

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

1) Yes account is fully verified.

2) "Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?" - nothing like that.

3) A couple of days ago. About when will I get paid. The casino staff has opened another useless "ticket" for me.
