The player from India has requested a withdrawal two months prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made a withdrawal request of inr 8000 on 02 may 2022, amount was deducted from my pinup wallet but, payment not received. Then i contacted chat support they reply amount will be credited in your account soon. I wait many days, and contacted to pinup various time. But always same reply. Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal has been processed but never reached you? Have you received transaction tracking numbers from the casino? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.
