Small deposit STILL not credited already 9 day completed when I asked customer support everytime same answer that our finance department looking for it it's so frausteted answer every time and you gave them 9.1 rank just a laughable in deposit problem if they can't solve what guarantee when I win they give my withdrawl money ?????

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I contact my payment provider and they said they trasfer it successfully and 1 more thing I deposit not 1st time I made 3,4 deposit more out of this deposit only 1 time facing same issue but it fix in 1 day but in this 1st deposit it still didn't solve already 13 day completed each time customer support said same thing no new answer...
