The player from Brazil had made winnings of approximately $1290 and was having issues verifying his account with Pari Win to withdraw his funds. After submitting all necessary documents for verification, he had not received any response for over 16 days. The casino, after being contacted by our team, stated that the player's account had been successfully verified and he could then request withdrawals. The player confirmed this, though he expressed uncertainty about the daily withdrawal limit set by the casino. We had marked the complaint as resolved since the player was then able to withdraw his winnings.

hi there,


I have made around 48000 uah in this website ( near 1290$), i tried to verify my account via email to be able to withdraw my funds, however Pari Win keeps delaying the verification, asking again for documents, and taking over 18 days to reply. On the live chat, they say everything is automatic and they can't make process faster, i have a feeling they are just scamming me. I would appreciate some help from casino guru's side.

hello there!


They did say the quality wasn't good enough, then i have sent all documents they request, new pictures with higher quality and everything. It has been over 16 days now. Their only response was "Thank you for contacting Pari.Win! Your request has been forwarded to the operations department for processing and will be reviewed shortly. We will inform you" 11 days ago.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

We appreciate your time and have provided full cooperation within verification process of the gaming account.      

In accordance to the Terms&Conditions of our website, #84: "Betting company reserves the right to verify the gaming account holder's identity and suspend transactions and/or payout for the gaming account at the time of verification". Secondly, as for the timeframe, based on the rule #85 "The timing of the verification of the game account is set individually for each game account". There are numerous situations which might have impact on the timing of this process as: operative providing of the requested data, quality of provided data etc.

Your agreement about acknowledgment with Terms&Conditions, was submitted with the Public Offer (part 2.3.1.) during the registration of gaming account.     

At this moment, your account is successfully verified. Withdrawals can be requested.

hello.


yes i confirm it, account was verified and i am allowed to withdraw around 4000 uah per day, not sure why they limit the withdraw to around 100$ per day, but yes i am able to withdraw everyday.
