The Indian player had difficulties withdrawing 50000 rupees from Parimatch. The withdrawal had been made on 26/09/2023 and had yet to be received. The player claimed that the casino had provided a fake UTR number and his bank confirmed no transaction was made. Despite multiple requests for proof of transaction from the casino, the casino failed to provide any. The player had provided his bank statement as evidence. However, we concluded that the evidence provided by the player was insufficient. Therefore, the complaint was rejected.

I'm playing here casino games and many times withdraw and deposit, but my 50000 rupees withdrawal made on 26/09/2023 still not received.




I'm made 50000 rupees withdrawal on date 26.09.2023 but still my withdrawal not received in my bank account,


Parimatch not giving fake utr number and my bank told this is fake UTR number.




Parimatch doing froud with me saying give bank official Letter that funds is not received.


I Have sent my bank statement many times to parimatch support,


They not helping me and doing froud with me.


My account is fully verified.

I have Withdrawal many times
