In my previous complain which is still unresolved parimatch is still to refund my 5000inr.

They have done a similar fraud after receiving 744inr again they have denied receiving it.

This time merchant is also agreed receiving the money and sharing the detail.

My player id-4********.

Parimatch is the most dishonest and fraud platform going around.

They dont provide any proof to its players.Because they dont have any.They are running a scam and fraud platform.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Bank has confirmed sucessful credit of money to benificiary account

Your deposit issue was escalated to our billing team, we kindly ask you to provide us with the email from your bank via support@parimatch.com (or here) in order to check if the deposit was credited (you can resend the same letter where bank confirmed you that). Thank you!

Sending again the bank letter where chargeback was slso applied.But since parimatch is doing this kind to many other customers also,it doesnt share any proof and closes its eyes when customer has proof.They even told me that i deposited in wrong account.but since i have proof they are coming up with new lies everyday

After 5month parimatch has finally credited the amount to my parimatch account.

But this proves that what kind of fraud parimatch is operating regarding payments,without a valid license in india.

I had to approach cyber crime and bank for this fraud.

I NEED A COMPENSATION FROM PARIMATCH FOR HARRASING ME FOR 5MONTHS.

Yes its resolved but will request casino guru to request parimatch for compensation as i have been harrased for 5month
