After being a loyal Parimatch user for the past 3 years I am deeply disappointed with the way they are treating me. They have started cheating their users, and here is my case:

A deposit of ₹8000 was made on 11th January, but it has not been credited to my account till today date.but none of them are reflecting in my Parimatch account.


This totals to ₹8000 which Parimatch has withheld without any explanation. Despite sharing proof and reaching out, they have failed to resolve the issue. My account ID is ***


Parimatch has lost its transparency and is now scamming users they can no longer be trusted

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. 

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

  • Have you contacted your bank already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.
  • Could you please share proof of your deposit and any attempt to communicate the issue with the casino? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here
