The player from India had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. The player claimed that the casino had approved his withdrawal request but had not transferred the funds. Despite the Complaints Team's attempts to communicate with the player and extend the complaint's timeline, the player did not respond. As a result, we were unable to further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Gambling

The issue that I have experienced was: I made a withdrawal request of INR 1600/- on 9th of April,2024. Request has been approved but I have not received any amount. I have been continuously asking about my request of withdrawal to their online customer care representatives but nobody has resolved my issue. Nobody is clear about the request and asked to wait till 13th of April 2024 and the other guy asked to wait till 17th of April 2024 and an other person asked to wait till 18th of April 2024. But, I have not received my money. I have also shared my Bank statements twice till yesterday . But, nobody is ready to clear my issue..

I have been continuously asking my money but they don't properly respond. They answer after I write more than ten texts and every time they take half an hour to answer my question.

Very difficult to wait for their response every time . I have lost so much of my money there . But, when it comes to withdraw winnings it's very difficult for us to withdraw funds from this casino.

I am really fed up with this kind of irresponsible casino.

I sometimes feel insecure with this casino to play with.

Kindly help to receive my money 1600. Kindly do the needful

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

My withdrawal request was approved on 9th of April,2024. Its not pending. If it's pending I would have not written any complaint over here against such casino. I have also contacted many times to the staff . They are not ready to help. Just ignored my request. Its already 12th day after the withdrawal request was being approved. I have not received any amount yet
