The player from Morocco had had his winnings of 220 euros transferred to his bonus balance instead of his main balance. His attempts to withdraw had been blocked due to insufficient funds. Despite having had all transaction proofs and game history, the casino had only responded by requesting KYC documentation. The player had deposited a total of 194 euros. We had learned that most of his bets had been made on sports betting, not casino games. As we lacked insight into sports betting related issues, we had been unable to assist the player further. The complaint was ultimately rejected because we couldn't evaluate the issue properly.

Hi dear teeam i just created an account here with these casino, i have won 220 euros, they put it in my bonus not on my balance, and when im trying to withdraw they said you dont have enough funds..



I played with my own deposit sir i dont know why they did these mistake i still have all proofs of deposit and the transactions history. I dont wagger

I have. my game history and my history deposit which I can show you so I am completely sure, the casino does not communicate, it does not present livechat and ignores my emails they replied to me once for around twenty emails, for tell me to quote the user name and send the kyc documents but no longer responded. Do I understand correctly you wagered your deposits less than once? Its not the mean problem i waggered my balance twice, the important thing is they are confused they switched my real balance to my bonus, i think its impossible to recover the money because i think its a fake casino idk

193,25€ out of your 194€ deposits were bets made on sports betting. I am sorry but we can't assist you in pursuing the case about your confiscated funds.

Please understand that if you predominantly placed bets on sports betting and your winnings were confiscated, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
