Hi dear teeam i just created an account here with these casino, i have won 220 euros, they put it in my bonus not on my balance, and when im trying to withdraw they said you dont have enough funds..

Do I understand correctly you wagered your deposits less than once? Its not the mean problem i waggered my balance twice, the important thing is they are confused they switched my real balance to my bonus, i think its impossible to recover the money because i think its a fake casino idk
