The player is complaining about his balance being reduced by the casino. The complaint was rejected because the player did not respond to us.
The casino took 25.00 out of my account and I never got credit for it. Ive emailed them and went on their chat and no one responds they are ignoring me im not happy

Yes I am verfied at the casino it said my transaction was denied but ot shows on my bank account 25 dollars was taken out there were two 25 dollar transactions that day one was good the second one said denied but the money was taken out of my bank account. The casino said check with my bank so the bank said talk to the casino all i want is them to give me credit for the 25 dollars they got so i can play the slots.
