If you deposit once in a while, they give you just about daily chips and spins, either $5 or $10, or free spins. The customer service is very nice and efficient. However, their payouts are slow. I had to get verified with them and the whole process took almost a month for $100. I believe they said the waiting time if you are verified takes at least 12 business days. Which can turn into a long time with weekends and holidays.

The casino has Rival games, which I love, but that is about all there is to love about this casino. They have unfair and contradictory terms and conditions that even their own customer service reps don't fully understand. Given this information, please note that what you are told via live chat or email is likely invalid especially if your concern revolves around withdrawing money. Their bonuses have high wagers and low max withdrawal limits. Even if you do play through the wager and accept the max withdrawal amount, you likely will not get your withdrawal request approved even if you did make a deposit beforehand. I advise people to stay away.

I won $131 on a $5 promo chip. I played through the $175 wager and accepted the $100 max cash out terms. I then went to live chat to see if I could withdraw and what I would need to do if I could. I was told I only need to deposit once every 30 days to make a withdrawal, regardless of the number of promos used. Side note: I have been signed up at this casino about 7 weeks and including the promo used in my winnings and previous promos, I have redeemed 3 or 4 and this was the first I've ever won enough to make a withdrawal. So the live chat rep told me to deposit 25 dollars, send in the required docents to get verified, and then enter my withdrawal and there shouldn't be any issues. So I did what they advised. I sent in my documents and my information was verified. I deposited $25+ in bitcoinwithout a promotion. I entered my withdrawal request. Four days later I get an email stating that y withdrawal request is invalid and has been canceled since my winnings came from the free $5 chip prior to me making a deposit, which h contradicts everything the previous person in the live chat told me. They gave me a choice in the email to either have my winnings sent back to my casino account and play through it again or get a refund on my deposit I made. That was 3 hours ago and they haven't replied back in email yet, can't get anyone to answer me about my money or the winnings on the chat, and nothing had been sent to my bitcoin wallet or my account at the casino.

Well I’ve had a few issues with Paradise 8. My major is one is. That I won a lot of money and requested my payout of 500 on August 16 and h still haven’t received it.

It’s September 28 and I still haven’t received my 500 dollar winnings. On September 1 I received an email saying my case has escalated to urgent. I have withdrawn winnings from other casinos and didn’t experience the wait like I have from this casino.

Will not pay your winnings. They first advised 7 day period (business days). Once this is served (I’m on my 11th business day) withdraw is still in requested status. They will then proceed to advise it "should be paid soon". They tend to ignore you once you get on to them. Deposit is instant - yet going 11 business days later still no sign of paying me. Live chat - no one ever replies. Email is as active as halo 3 servers on Xbox 360 - ye banter might as well - cause this site is a total joke. If I help anyone - I mean anyone. ****Update: In the most recent chat with CSR "Ryan" (who was INCREDIBLY rude), in an attempt to not pay out my winnings, I was accused of having another account- 100% untrue. I was told the name, email and username of another player who "Ryan" claims I’m using as an alternate account. This is a real person’s name, username and email address, freely given out to a stranger. If I wasn’t concerned about the safety and security of my personal information prior to this chat, I certainly am now!****

I won $250 on my birthday at this casino and apparently was ripped off the same day for $250. Withdrawal request was approved after sending in the requested documents to the email addresses provided in their emails to me. Suddenly, my withdrawal request changed from "pending" to "requested", and the attitudes of the staff changed from pleasant to rude and condescending. I was told my email address was "unverified" because I had not responded to any emails, despite having email exchanges about this very issue with "Erin", "Jake" and "Nash" in "Support", as well as their accounting and their faxback departments about my verification documents. They have ignored screenshots showing they are mistaken- I HAVE responded to every single email from them, and have initiated emails to them as well- but the same cookie-cutter email response repeats this garbage excuse like a parrot. As I write this review, I am waiting in a chat that has not been acknowledged for nearly 6 HOURS, even though "Erin" logged in and never bothered to acknowledge my question. Scammers. Can't get my winnings. Won £50 on free spins after 20x wagering. To activate the possibility of cash out you need to send 25£ via Bitcoins and confirm your identity which I did. I sent all necessary documents. According to the regulations the payout takes 1-7 business days I am already waiting for 15 business days and their answer is with no apologies "payment delay". Support live chat is very unprofessional (especially agent Ryan Smith.. what a d**khead) So every week they claim that the payment will be next week. The payout is only in bitcoins so I suspect there will be no payout because bitcoin transactions cannot be traced in any way there is no support service and these people make a lot of money on fraud they simply not paying out winnings. On their website in the column "payout" they have deleted the history of my payout. So i lost my money and time. Bonuses are with 40x wagering which is a lot compared to other sites where wagering is 0x. Stay away from these scammers, save your time and money!
