The player's withdrawal is delayed for almost a week. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.

10x roll over limit on deposit done. My concern is however now that I have requested a withdrawal the status keeps saying processing since 25 August without a valid reason for the delay.
I was told Processing means - already paid over my bank needs to approve the payment. Contacted my bank no payment exist to approve.
Got in contact with them to let them know that no payment exist for approval. Response was the manner was escalated to the relevant department to investigate.
It is really a pity that they do not payout withdrawals as I love the games they have and thought it was a very nice online casino.
Now I have my doubts.
