The player from Germany is asking for a deposit refund after refusing to complete the deposit wagering requirements. The complaint was closed as the player received his refund.
Hello I have the same problem as CHSPE, the currently other open case.
The deposit has to be wagered 10 times before you can withdraw.
The problem is that it doesn't calculate the last deposit, but all previous deposits.
E.g. I first deposited €100, then another €200, then €150 and finally €50. And gambled away my balance before every deposit of at least <1€.
but now I don't have to wager the last deposit of €50 10x to be able to withdraw. Instead, all previously made deposits are added together, i.e. 100€+200€+150x+50= 500€, these must now be converted 10x until a payout is approved. so I still have to wager 500€ 10x with the last deposit of 50€.
Dear Tomi85,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your issue with PalmSlots Casino. Unfortunately, some casinos require to wager real money deposit. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. Not all casinos require this, but it isn't anything unfair. I have also checked the casino’s withdrawal rules in T&Cs and I found this:
„6.1. Any deposits are specifically to be used on our website. Any deposited amount will need to be wagered at least 10 (ten) times before the player is allowed to withdraw the funds."
I can only recommend to finish the wagering requirements in order to withdraw your balance.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Nick
Hello, no I do not want a refund of the deposit.
Please close the case, I risked €7,500 and have now received approval for payment
Hi Nick, yes that is correct. The problem, however, was that all previous deposits were taken into account.
So I had to wager €9250 for the last deposit of €100 with an account balance of €0. So in principle 100x.
since I had previously deposited a total of around €925, as I said, always after I had played the account to €0
