The player from Canada had been waiting for ten days for the casino to process their winnings. The casino had only offered general apologies in response to their inquiries. The player had claimed that PalmSlots Casino confiscated his $400 winnings, accusing him of violating betting limits. He had denied this accusation and insisted he was owed $350, as the casino had only returned his initial $50 deposit. However, despite our repeated requests for additional information and evidence to support his claims, the player did not respond. Consequently, we were compelled to reject the complaint due to lack of communication from the player's side.

The team at Palm Slots did absolutely nothing but steal my $. It is there I won $400 its now been well over two weeks and you not only stole my funds you said I didn't win it properly. This site is terrible the service is worse. Pay me my $ back. Scam Site.

Nothing was returned. I won $400 it was stolen from me. They gave me $50 back for some stupid reason they said I bet more then $3 in one spin. That never happened. I really don't think these scammers will give me the rest of my winnings back. PalmSlots is truly atrocious a poorly managed and run casino.

I still do not know if you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus. Could you please clarify?

I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found (here):


8.8.1. Casino bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of:
(a) Placing bets listed as restricted gameplay in the specific promotion’s rules
(b) Increasing the balance, then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus
(c) Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus.
(d) Placing bets of amounts higher than 12€ (or equivalent to € in other currency) or 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower.


We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.

I never collected anything. You did not give me my bonus and you stole all my money you are scammers period. What's to clear up I just showed it above with a picture I won 400 and you said I played above a certain amount which I never did then you refused to give me my winnings. You owe me $350. All you did was return my $50 I initially put in and claimed the rest that is scamming
