The player from Estonia had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout hadn't been received yet. She reported that her account was fully verified and there were conflicting responses from the casino's live chat and her account manager regarding the delay. After our team's intervention, she confirmed that she had received her withdrawal. We had subsequently marked the complaint as resolved.

I requested a withdrawal 1,500€ 05.10.2023 and my withdrawal is still not even approved(shows pending). When i ask them they tell me i should wait and i am getting my money as soon as possible, and also i was told that it usually takes 72 hours max to approve withdrawal, always problems and delay with Palmslots payouts. I am not happy at all.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Everything is veryfied. And what is weird that one tells one, and other tells other. From live chat they told that there is an issue with skrill and then my account manager says he doesnt know anything about the Skrill issue, that they are just pending because checks and reviews.
