The player from British Columbia has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

Requested withdrawl on May 12 2023.contacted support staff asking for status of withdrawl ,was advised to wait for email. Finally got an email asking for more documents which I provided . However they don't need the documents as I am to receive my withdrawl the same way I deposited which is via interac e transfer....it doesn't go directly jnto my account from the casino .it comes via a third party which is Gigadat.

I still have not hered anything from the casino and I have sent them several emails asking for status of withdrawl and contacted support staff and ask them as well ...once again I was advised to wait for email from casino.

It doesn't take days to withdraw from a casino ...please look into this matter on my behalf .

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi there..I don't u derstand the delay .the casino states 48 hour timing fir withdrawl...it's supposed to come to me the same way I deposited...and that is where the problem lies I don't beleive they understand the casino diesnt depisit the funds directly it all happens via a third party which is Gigadat Solutions.

I say this because it's the same problem j gave every time I withdraw funds from an a online account that is not in Canada.

I appreciate your time and effort.
