The player from the United Kingdom is claiming a full refund of all deposited funds due to his gambling addiction. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I gained a gambling addiction and lost about £400 to £500 but they should have put a better system in place like automatically add restrictions onto everyone's accounts so then if the person removes the restrictions it's their fault and can't complain or ask for refund but since there wasn't any restrictions put in place and you have to do it yourself it, if your addicted to gambling your not going to apply restrictions but with being automatically applied and changing such setting should be set up with a separate password so that the losses fall on the player not the house, I just want a refund because I need that cash back with everything going on right now
